I'm Back!

Last Thursday I went to my doctor for the first time since having Scarlett and last Thursday she cleared me to workout! No boundaries- I am just free. I left that appointment on Cloud 9- feeling like I could do anything! I was not 100% sure I would be cleared since I had so many stitches but sure enough everything was healed.  That evening Jake got home around 6pm, I fed Scarlett and hit the road running. 6 weeks! It has been 6 weeks since Scarlett was born. 6 weeks since I have been pregnant and 6 weeks since I have been able to run and lift. 6 weeks has gone so quickly but at the same time it has been WAY too long since I have been able to run and workout. My doctor wasn't joking when she said that all of my pregnant running will cause me to have a baby that needs to be moving at all times.  She is sleeping pretty well at night from 9ish pm- 8ish am waking up about 3 times to eat. She is hilarious and makes us laugh along with tests us every day!  So...how have I kept sane these past 6 weeks without working out...
