Hello Find Love In Fitness

A lot of you may have already noticed by now- but I have expanded my business. I am really excited about Find Love In Fitness and the exciting future ahead. I launched my site a little over a month ago and am just wrapping up my first big 4-week workout plan: Fitter, Faster, Stronger. I am really happy with how this plan went and I had some awesome participants! In short, it was 4 weeks of workouts sent to individuals. Here is some feedback I received:

"Your workouts are kicking my BUTT"

"Just did the workout today, so good!"

"Loved getting these this past month. They really pushed me to the next level."

"You are a wonderful trainer! Thank you for helping me!"

"They were challenging, but easy to understand."

So- it was a successful 4 week program! Next up I am running a promo and for any current and new subscribers now until June 24th I will be sending a free 1-week workout plan---- so go to my site and subscribe! Following this free promo I will be kicking off another plan that will be made available on my site. Reminder that I am always accepting clients for my personalized Find Love In Fitness Plan.

What else is new? I am also so excited about my new position at the YMCA. I am teaching a summer bootcamp at the Jordan YMCA. The bootcamp is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:30am! If you are interested let me know and I can help you get signed up. I am still teaching my Monday night Sculpt and Tone + Boxing Fusion at the Wellness Center as well. Aside from all of this I have been on some great, active trips the last month. Jake and I went to Colorado and did a crazy hike! We did 6 miles in the snow and I will never underestimate a 6 mile hike again. Here was our itinerary for our quick weekend getaway if you are looking for an active getaway!

Saturday: Flew into Denver- grabbed dinner and got a hotel in Denver.
Sunday: Drove to Estes Park in the morning and did a 6 mile hike. We then drove back to Boulder, checked into our hotel, napped, then did drinks and dinner.
Monday: Woke up and hiked the Flat Irons in Boulder, got lunch, did some exploring in Denver, flew out on a red eye.

We also went on a trip to Sanibel Island with my whole family. It was great being at the beach all together. You bet we still worked out every morning! I did some good beach workouts include a nice long one with my sister.

I am looking forward to some upcoming races (5ks, triathlons) which I will be training for + Jake and I are doing the Indiana Spartan Race in July. We recently did a Memorial Day 5k downtown where I got FIRST in my age group pushing Scarlett! It was an awesome race put on by Redline Events.  Until my next few races- I am excited to grow my Find Love In Fitness business and look forward to the future with it.
